Carbon Dioxide Detection Tubes 1%/a (1 - 20 Vol.%)
For short-term measurements more than 160 Draeger-Tubes are available to measure the spot concentrations of specific gases. Measurement usually takes between 4 seconds and 15 minutes. The tubes are used either manually with the Draeger-Tube Accuro Pump or automatically with the Draeger X-act 5000.
A wide range of different gases and vapours can be detected and measured, such as:
- Determining and measuring concentration peaks
- Measuring personal exposure in the inhalation area
- Detecting leaks in pipelines, gas installations etc.
- Air analysis in sewers, shafts and confined spaces

Time for Measurement: |
approx. 30 sec. |
Standard Deviation: |
±5 to 10 % |
Color Change: |
white to violet |

Hydrogen sulfide in the TLV range does not interfere. In a range comparable to the calibrated range for carbon dioxide, sulfur dioxide is indicated. The sulfur dioxide sensitivity is approximately 1/3 (e.g. 6 Vol.% sulfur dioxide gives an indication of 2 Vol.%) |
