Hydrocarbons Detection Tubes 0.1%/c (1 - 1.3% vol)
For short-term measurements more than 160 Draeger-Tubes are available to measure the spot concentrations of specific gases. Measurement usually takes between 4 seconds and 15 minutes. The tubes are used either manually with the Draeger-Tube Accuro Pump or automatically with the Draeger X-act 5000.
A wide range of different gases and vapours can be detected and measured, such as:
- Determining and measuring concentration peaks
- Measuring personal exposure in the inhalation area
- Detecting leaks in pipelines, gas installations etc.
- Air analysis in sewers, shafts and confined spaces

Cross Sensitivity |
The information regarding cross sensitivity only applies for measurements with a maximum of 1 stroke. Hydrocarbons, hydrocarbons with olefin double bonds are indicated with different discoloration and sensitivity. No influence on the display of 0.1 vol. % propane/butane at:
< 99.9 vol. % methane
< 5 vol. % ethane
< 1 vol. % carbon monoxide
< 500 ppm acetylene, ethylene

Additional Information: |
A maximum of 15 strokes within 1 hour can be performed for leakage measurements (qualitative measurements). |
