Measures Acrolein with a range of 3.3 to 800 ppm.
- Measuring Range:
- 3.3 to 10 ppm - 4 pump strokes - Correction Factor 1/3
- 10 to 800 ppm - 2 pump strokes - Correction Factor 1
- Sampling Time: 2 minutes per pump stroke
- Detecting limit: 2 ppm (4 pump strokes)
- Changes from Yellow to Red
- Corrections for temperature & humidity: Temperature correction is necessary
- Relative standard deviation: 10 %（for 10 to 200 ppm）, 5 %（for 200 to 800 ppm）
- 2 Year Shelf Life (in the refrigerator)
- Reaction Principle:
- 3CH2:CHCHO + (NH2OH)3 • H3PO4 → H3PO4
- H3PO4 + Base → Phosphate
- Store the tubes in the refrigerator to keep at 10ºC (50ºF) or below
