Gastec Detection Tube No. 138 measures Methylene Chloride with a Range of 20 to 500 ppm.

- Reaction Principle:
- CH2Cl2 + CrO3 + H2S2O7 → Cl2
- Cl2 + 3,3',5,5'-Tetramethylbenzidine → Pale pink product
- Relative Standard Deviation: 15% (for 50 to 100 ppm), 10% (for 100 to 500 ppm)
- Changes from White to Pale Pink
- 3 Year Shelf Life
- Store the tubes at cool and dark place.
- Comes in a Box of 5 pre tubes and 5 detector tubes
