Gastec Detection Tube No. 11S measures Nitrogen Oxides with a Range of 5 to 625 ppm.

- Correction Factor: 1/2, 1, 2.5
- Sampling Time: 45 seconds per pump stroke
- Detecting Limit: 2 ppm (2 pump strokes)
- Changes from White to Pale Green
- Corrections for temperature & humidity: Unnecessary
- Reaction Principle:
- NO + Cr6+ + H2SO4 → NO2
- NO2 + (C6H5)2NH → C6H5NHC6H4NO
- Relative Standard Deviation: 10% (for 10 to 80 ppm), 5% (for 80 to 250 ppm)
- 2 Year Shelf Life
- Store the tubes at cool and dark place.

| Nitric oxide is oxidized to form nitrogen dioxide. If organic solvent of high concentration is coexisting, oxidising agent is deteriorated to produce minus error for Nitric oxide concentration. |
