Tetrachloroethylene Detection Tubes (1 to 75 ppm)
Gastec Detection Tube No. 133L measures Tetrachloroethylene with a Range of 1 to 2 ppm.
- Measuring Range:
- 1 to 2 ppm
- 2 to 25 ppm
- 25 to 75 ppm
- Number of Pump Strokes: 2, 1, 1/2
- Correction Factor: 1/2, 1, 3
- Sampling Time: 45 seconds per pump stroke
- Detecting Limit: 0.4 ppm (2 pump strokes)
- Changes from Yellow to Pink
- Corrections for temperature & humidity: Temperature correction is necessary
- Reaction Principle:
- Cl2C:CCl2 + PbO2 + H2SO4 → HCl
- HCl + Base → Chloride
- Relative Standard Deviation: 10% (for 2 to 5 ppm), 5% (for 5 to 25 ppm)
- 2 Year Shelf Life (in the refrigerator)
