FSI Decon Shower Shelter System
The FSI model DAT 6140SS is a complete outer canopy and removable decon pool, removable shower fixtures and curtain lines allowing this same system to be converted into a 333 sq ft. command or other use shelter system in minutes. As a shower - install decon pool and shower heads and curtains in approx. 5 minutes and have a 3 line 3 or 4 stage Mass Casualty Decon Shower System that can decon 3 to 6 ambulatory, 3 non-ambulatory, or any combination. Undress/Detergent Shower/Rinse Shower/Redress configuration. 5ft L undress area/ 5ft L detergent shower area/5ft L rinse shower area/ 5ft L redress area. As a shelter simply remove decon pool/shower heads/shower curtains as desired in approx. 5 minutes and have a complete 333 sq ft shelter system complete with outer canopy and inner insulating canopy that is ready for use.
All canopy walls are velcro’d to the floor air berms for air lock, and reflective striping is found on the upper air vents above entry and exit doors. Units can attach to a second FSI shelter or shower. Simply inflate the unit and commence use in approx. 1 - 4 minutes (size of shelter dependent).
Every shelter with a width of over 11 ft - regardless of length and overall size offers a top center air berm running the entire length of the unit at the roof line and secondary full center length air berms running on either side of the main center berm approx. 18 - 24" off center. FSI offers a total of five 8” - 12" diameter lateral roof support air berms - size of shelter dependent. FSI shelters lead the industry in terms of weight/snow bearing capabilities/strength.
