The SECUR-ID AYS Personal Property Kit includes:

• AYS Bag: 30" x 66" with 3 possible size settings (15/20/25 cubic feet) for all of the individual s belongings
• AYS Red Plastic Pull: Tie pre-printed, unique, ID number; secures AYS bag at the proper size
• AYS SECUR-ID Personal Property Bag: same pre-printed, unique, ID number; wrist receipt stays with individual; rest of bag stored remotely to safely connect individual to their property
• AYS 4-Part Form: same pre-printed, unique, ID number; used to provide details of individual & belongings; copies of form go: (1) on outside of AYS bag; (2) inside AYS bag; (3) inside AYS SECUR-ID personal property bag.
