GX-3R Personal 4-Gas Monitor for O2/LEL/CO/H2S
The GX-3R is a durable 4-gas monitor that only weighs 3.52 ounces. With dimensions of 2.2” W x 2.55” H x 1.02” D, the gas detector can be comfortably clipped within a worker's breathing zone. It simultaneously monitors and displays combustibles (LEL), O2, CO (Hydrogen compensated CO also available), and H2S.
The GX-3R contains RKI's newest generation of micro sensors. The LEL sensor has a unique design with two active filaments in one sensor to increase its resistance to silicone poisoning. If one filament gets poisoned the second filament takes over. The lead-free O2 electrochemical sensor has an impressive 3 to 5 year life span. The combined CO and H2S sensor allows the gas detector to measure 4 gases with only 3 sensors.
The instrument is compatible with the RK-3R sample pump for confined space work and the SDM-3R bump test and calibration station.
